I grew up in Ann Arbor just over a mile from Mitchell. I was thrilled to join AAPS in 2010 and am honored to serve my home community. I was a student at Bryant, Pattengill, Tappan, and Pioneer. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan in 2005. I worked in developmental and educational research before earning my Master of Education from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2008. I am passionate about my work and love collaborating with the curious, creative, and caring community at Mitchell Elementary.

When I’m not at school, you’ll probably find me with my husband and our dog. I love spending time with my family and friends, reading, hiking, listening to music, and cheering for the Wolverines at Michigan football games. Go Blue!
